Yes. We specialise in destination weddings for couples planning from abroad. As a Marbella-based wedding planner, we manage everything on the ground — venue sourcing, trusted local suppliers, guest logistics and multi-day celebrations — so you can plan with complete confidence from anywhere in the world.

Which areas of southern Spain do you cover?

We plan weddings across Marbella, the wider Costa del Sol and the south of Spain, including Sotogrande, Estepona, Ronda and Málaga. Each destination offers something distinct — from historic fincas and clifftop gardens to five-star resorts and beach clubs — all within easy reach of Málaga airport.

When should I book a wedding planner in Marbella?

Ideally 12 to 18 months before your date. The most sought-after Marbella venues and suppliers are reserved well in advance, especially for peak season (May to October). We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so early enquiries are always recommended.

What's the difference between full planning and partial planning?

Full-service planning covers your entire journey, from concept and design to suppliers and on-the-day delivery. Partial planning, or event management, supports couples who have started planning themselves and need expert coordination to bring it all together. We’ll recommend the right level of support after your first call.

How much does a wedding planner in Marbella cost?

Every wedding is designed individually, so fees depend on guest numbers, location and the level of planning involved. After an initial conversation, we provide a clear, tailored proposal with no hidden costs, so you know exactly what to expect from the outset.

Do you only work with certain venues?

No. We’re fully independent, so we recommend venues and suppliers based purely on what suits you — never on commercial arrangements. We work everywhere from private fincas to five-star resorts, and we’re happy to source the perfect venue or work with one you’ve already fallen in love with.
